# Billing overview

Gcore bills its customers based on consumption data, collected on the 2nd day of each month to allow a 24-hour buffer for late-arriving usage records.

However, Cloud Pay-As-You-Go tariffs subject to threshold billing are metered far more frequently, about every 5 minutes, so Gcore can charge the customer once accrued costs reach the 4 EUR/USD threshold, rather than waiting for the monthly cycle.
