Gcore Streaming uses a PAYG (Pay-As-You-Go) tariff for self-service customers. New PAYG accounts start with a 14-day trial. Enterprise accounts may operate under custom plans with negotiated terms. Streaming-specific plans and limits are described below. The billing overview covers account-level billing cycles, invoices, payments, and overages. Billing reports show actual Streaming consumption.

Start with the PAYG trial

The trial lasts 14 days and is available once per account. It cannot be restarted after it has been used. The trial provides limited quotas for video storage, transcoding, delivery, AI services, and live streaming.

When the account reaches a trial limit, the Gcore Customer Portal shows an alert and a tooltip. To continue testing with a higher trial quota, contact support or an account manager.

Move to active PAYG

Adding a payment method before the trial ends moves the account to active PAYG automatically. Further processing is billed under the paid tariff from that point.

If the trial expires without a payment method, the account moves to Trial end status. To resume Streaming, a new paid activation is required.
To activate PAYG before the trial ends without adding a payment method, contact the support team. The support team can switch the account to active state manually.

Active PAYG removes most trial restrictions. The differences are shown below:

Tariff and pricing

The plan currently applied to the account is shown in the Streaming section of the Customer Portal:

Because public PAYG rates may change, the pricing page always reflects current rates. For enterprise customers, the signed service order defines applicable pricing.

Custom enterprise plans

Enterprise customers may operate under custom plans with tailored pricing models and service conditions. Custom plans can include a committed monthly volume at a committed price. If actual usage exceeds this committed volume, additional consumption is billed at overlimit rates. Trial terms for enterprise accounts can be extended by duration or available quota. Contact the assigned account manager to request the required extension.
If the account is suspended, video assets remain stored for up to one month. Restoring the account within this period reactivates the video library without data loss. General suspension rules are in the billing overview.
