Trial conditions

A trial period allows testing a Gcore service for free for a limited time, regardless of the plan selected. Pricing for each service and tariff after the trial ends is listed on Gcore Pricing and in the Gcore Customer Portal.

Trial availability by service

Not every service offers a trial. The following table shows which services offer trials, and any related conditions. Customized trial conditions are available for Enterprise plans. Contact support or an account manager to discuss them.

Starting a trial

A trial can be activated for any plan that offers one. For new accounts, selecting a service with a trial from the left navigation menu opens a welcome page for that service. Click Get started for free to begin the trial; no credit card is required. For accounts with services already activated, a plan (including any available trial) is activated by selecting the service from the left navigation menu. The Customer Portal has no Activate service control. An email confirms the start of the trial, followed by a reminder 2 days before it ends. Contact support (support@gcore.com or chat) or an account manager to extend the trial duration or add gigabytes.
