Gcore sends a registration confirmation email once a reseller account is created. The confirmation link sets a password and stays active for 24 hours; if it expires or another issue comes up, contact support@gcore.com. The Admin Portal is available at https://admin.gcore.top/.

Account roles

The Admin Portal supports two account roles: Reseller and Seller.

Reseller

The Reseller is the account admin, and only one user per organization holds this role. A Reseller can add Sellers, configure account branding, and generate statistics reports in the Admin Portal.

Seller

A Seller is an additional user with access to the Admin Portal who can add clients and configure their resources; an organization can have any number of Sellers. Seller account creation and management is covered in managing sellers.

Customer Portal setup

Customers use the Gcore Customer Portal to set up products, check statistics, and contact technical support, and it displays Gcore’s corporate colors and logo by default unless custom branding is configured. A reseller using its own Customer Portal and only needing the underlying product APIs can integrate directly with the reseller API docs and the product API docs without further Admin Portal configuration. Branding the Customer Portal for customers involves configuring product URLs and vendor settings.

Customer accounts

Logging in to the Admin Portal opens the Accounts section, where Sellers and the Reseller create customer accounts with Add new account; customers cannot self-register by default. Account creation and management is covered in managing clients. Gcore also creates a customer account with the same email and company name as the Reseller account. This account collects customer statistics, generates monthly reports, and tracks Seller and Reseller accounts as its users, so it cannot be deleted. Creating CDN resources for the Customer Portal products in this account is recommended, as covered when setting up product URLs.

Product management

Gcore products available for reselling include CDN, WAAP, Streaming, Edge Cloud, Managed DNS, Storage, and FastEdge. Signing the contract includes discussing which products to resell with the account manager, and the selected products appear in the Customer Portal by default. Adjusting product visibility for all customers happens in the Admin Portal:
1

Open Vendor settings

Navigate to the Vendor settings section.
2

Open the Products page

Open the Products page.
3

Adjust visibility

Enable or disable toggles next to each product to control its visibility in the Customer Portal.

Activating Streaming for customers gives each customer on the trial plan automatic access to one live stream.
Overriding the General settings for an individual customer happens in that customer’s settings:
1

Open the customer's account

In the sidebar, select Accounts. Find the customer and click its account ID to open the settings, or click the three-dot icon next to the customer and select Edit.

2

Adjust product access

On the Products page, select the products to activate or disable for the customer. A product with an Active or Trial status cannot be disabled directly; click Show more and change its status to Trialend or Paused first.

Enabling a product displays it in the customer’s Customer Portal, while disabling it removes it.
3

Log in as the customer

Click Log in next to the three-dot icon to access the account as the customer’s admin user.

Displaying a product in the Customer Portal does not allow the customer to manage it by default; if the product is displayed but not configured, the customer sees a product activation request window instead.

Submitting an activation request sends a notification email to either Gcore technical support or the reseller, depending on the Support email field in the Branding settings section. Product-specific management is covered in dedicated articles:

Service status notifications

The Status Page provides notifications about planned maintenance and incidents, with additional subscription options beyond email. Product setup from the customer’s perspective is covered in the main documentation. Contact support@gcore.com with any other questions.
